Andrew William Ralph is the Lead Designer at Trip, a cannabis marketing agency based in Washington, D.C. He brings more than a decade of work as a Clio Award-winning director, animator, and illustrator — building visual identities and motion content for some of the biggest names in music, lifestyle, and entertainment.
Andrew has served as Senior Animator and Editor at Atlantic Records, Creative Director at Goodtalk Records, and a freelance motion designer for Interscope — producing music videos, lyric videos, AR lenses, merchandise, and digital campaigns for artists across the industry. His animation work on Lil Uzi Vert's "XO Tour Llif3" amassed nearly 300 million views and has become a reference point for viral fan engagement in music.
At Trip, Andrew brings that cultural fluency to cannabis. He leads brand identity, packaging, and creative direction for cannabis dispensaries, operators, and consumer brands — designing for an industry that needs to stand out as hard as music does, in a market with even more compliance constraints than entertainment.
